After more than a decade of experience working with some of the nation’s top interior designers and architects, Brooke Michie launched her eponymous firm in 2021. Growing up in the Philadelphia suburbs, Brooke traveled extensively with her family from a young age, nourishing her love of old buildings.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Interior Architecture and Design from Drexel University. Under the guidance of classical architect John Blatteau, Brooke trained her eye in the fundamentals of good design – proportion, scale, balance, and color. Since arriving in New York City in 2012, Brooke has worked on an array of projects including a Jupiter Island estate, a seasonal retreat on Martha’s Vineyard, an Upper East Side townhouse, a loft in Sag Harbor, and a seaside home in Santa Barbara.
She takes inspiration from a myriad of sources, from the comfortable English country aesthetic to the tailored forms of 1920s French design, Brooke’s interiors are thoughtful, layered, and timeless.
